Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), subject to potential delays due to high volumes, postal service delays or otherwise notified, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

You are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Prior to the dispatch of your order, you have the option to amend the shipping address through our customer support without incurring any extra charges. Neglecting to take this action may lead to supplementary fees. Should the shipment already be en route, you are advised to liaise directly with the designated carrier or await potential return-to-sender resolution. If the latter occurs, a replacement product can be arranged for delivery, subject to an incremental shipping fee. In the event that neither of the aforementioned resolutions transpires successfully, no refunds will be provided and a new purchase will be necessary to obtain the desired product.

United States Hub
Services orders to the United States and Canada.

Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia Hub
Services orders to Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries within Asia.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@sphinxstationery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. You can view our refund policy in full here: https://sphinxstationery.com/policies/refund-policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@sphinxstationery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
